What cleaning products can I make with this kit?

The whole idea of this kit is so you can replace standard cleaning products and skip past the cleaning isle at the supermarket. From kitchen benches to bathroom tiles, dishwashing to laundry - this kit covers most everyday cleaning tasks.

With just these nine ingredients (10 with essential oils), you can whip up nearly every cleaning product you need - from laundry and dish liquid to glass spray, oven paste, and more.

The kit includes recipe cards to get you started, and you’ll find heaps of step-by-step recipes in the DIY Recipe Hub.

Most tasks can be done with just 1 or 2 ingredients, and I promise, nothing takes more than a minute to mix and is as easy as making a cuppa! If not easier!

A full green ethos, every step of the way! At Under Your Sink, I consider the environmental impact of everything - from sourcing to how it lands at your door.

Every ingredient is biodegradable, vegan-friendly, ethically sourced, and safe for septic systems. And because plastic-free is part of the plan, your order arrives with as little waste as possible. Low footprint, high standards.

How do i refill?

Easy! Just head over to the DIY ingredients collection and you can grab all the powder ingredients in Earth bags, which are home compostable. Designed to get the products from me to you in the most eco-friendly way, however not designed for long term storage - hence the amber glassware. See the dots connect.

Why amber glass storage?

Amber glass helps protect what’s inside by blocking UV light, which can degrade certain ingredients over time. This means your cleaning solutions stay fresher for longer. It’s also a bit of a science classic - amber bottles have long been used in chemistry labs for storing light-sensitive substances. Durable, reusable, and timeless.
