Percarbonate is the key ingredient found in well known laundry soakers as well as many heavy duty cleaners.

What is it & does

Percarbonate is washing soda and hydrogen peroxide held together in a dry, stable powder. Nothing else. No fillers, no fragrance, no optical brighteners.

Drop it into warm water and it splits back into its two parts. The hydrogen peroxide releases oxygen, which breaks down the organic matter that makes a stain a stain. The washing soda lifts the pH, which loosens grease and grime so the oxygen can get to work. This is why it is called an oxygen bleach, and why it behaves so differently to chlorine bleach.

Once it has done its job it breaks down to soda ash, water and oxygen. That is why it is safe for septic systems and why you can pour a used soak straight down the drain.

Oxidising cleaner. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid breathing dust and avoid contact with eyes; Do not ingest, do not mix with other cleaners, and never store a mixed solution in a sealed container. Make fresh solutions and discard leftovers after use.

Keep tightly sealed, cool and completely dry. Moisture starts degrading Sodium Percarbonate; stored correctly, the dry powder keeps well for around two years.

Great product, beautiful packaging & timely delivery

Sodium Percarbonate is a wonderful asset to have in the laundry. It not only brightens colours, but gets out those stubborn stains on clothing. All one has to do is dissolve a tablespoon of SP in 5 litres of hot water, place items in the mix (ensure that they are covered, then leave it to soak overnight. Then wash as usual the next day. Stains gone and colours brighter.
The added bonus is that if you are not on town water, Sodium Percarbonate is safe to use in a septic system. Very simple, no stress.

I have been using Percarbonate for some time now and love that I can purchase it easily from Under Your Sink. It removes stains safely and without any harmful chemicals. It can be used pre-wash as a soaker or can be added to the wash in the machine.

Love using sodium percarbonate on everything that needs soaking. I use to use napisan but honestly it never really got the stains out. I use this all the time on my tea towels. Will def be purchasing this again

Great for Dirty Tea Towels

I use the sodium per carbonate as an oxygen bleach mainly for tea towels and it takes most of the grubbiness out. They definitely look much much cleaner and brighter.

I love this stuff! It is THE best stain remover - especially in hot hot water. I add it into my washing, paste it onto stains, and soak on my whites and lights in it.

I find it interesting that you ask for a review 45 mins after delivery. The only thing is it hasn’t been delivered! The tracking app said it was delivered at 2.09pm. It is now 5pm and no delivery. Hence the one star.

Brilliant cleaner!

I never expected crystal clear to work as well as it does. It is better than "nappysan" and equivalent products. From dirty kids clothes to mud stained white shoes, everything comes up perfect. The fact that it is natural is an added bonus to the effectiveness.

My first time trying this & im in love!
I had a gorgeous white cotton dress & skirt that had yellowed over time & popped them both in for a soak. They came out crispy white & I love that im products that are safe for the earth. The packaging is compostable so thats another bonus! Great value & excellent customer service, would HIGHLY recommend adding this to you laundry!

No more Vanish

I love using crystal clear for my son school shirts and my daughter whites. I just need hot water and 1 o 2 spoons of crystal clear and let the magic happen for some hours....then directly to the washing machine and hang up in the son for more extra white and voila is done.
I love the product not only because is natural and but because i dont buy plastic bottle and on top I am not buying marketing.
