What else can I use Castile Soap for?

You can use it anywhere there is a need to clean! It's my go to for the foaming hand pump, when ever I need a soapy solution to clean something (like walls and floors) as well as washing delicates like wool.

What type of water should I use?

Tap water is fine for most households. If you want to extend shelf life or live in areas with hard water use cooled boiled or distilled water.

Can I add other ingredients like vinegar or bicarb?

Not to this spray. Castile soap doesn't play well with acidic ingredients like vinegar or citric acid – it can go cloudy or lose its cleaning power. Keep it simple!
