IMPORTANT STUFF TO KNOW
What is Sodium Percarbonate?
It's a natural powerful Oxybleach made from Hydrogen Peroxide (a natural hospital grade disinfectant) and Washing Soda. It's the key ingredient in Napisan & stain removers.
Is it safe on colours?
Yes it sure is, in fact it brightens most coloured fabrics. However some dyes will run no matter what you use, so read the labels, test & wash new clothes separately first.
Can I wash in cold water?
You really need a min 30 degrees (which is usually really hot tap water) to 'activate' the power of Oxybleach. Commercial products that offer lower water temperatures usually have a synthetic bleach activator.
What else can I soak with this?
Oven racks, range-hood filters & other greasy items
Is there any surface I should avoid?
Aluminium and fibreglass surfaces
Is this safe for septic tanks?
The ingredients are mild, safe & biodegradable which should not affect the bacteria in septic tanks like harsh chemicals can.
